Direct Support Professional (Including CHIO and PAC)
Job Summary L.I.F.E. has in place Direct Support Professional (DSP) as a member of the client’s support team who works under the direct supervision of the House Supervisor, QIDP, and Nurse to ensure L.I.F.E.’s standards are met regarding client needs and care. The DSP is responsible for the care and observation of clients, reporting and documenting observations and assistance performed.
